Heres Why Porn Sites Are Threatening To Ban Users
The porn industry is one of the most profitable segments in the world, but now the film production may be involved, at least in California. In this American state, it is intended that in all the films made there, a state bill mandating adult film performers use condoms.
As this proposal is not to be seen with good eyes by the producers and distributors and users of porn sites, hence, they may block the access of users to this pornographic sites if this law is passed.
If the bill passes then all the users from California will be greeted with a black screen along with this message: Access Denied: This is what Californians will see on their favourite porn sites if Proposition 60 passes.
It will be held on November 8 that the state of California, the vote will be taken for a bill that the state want, the videos produced in the state, all the actors in porn movies are required to wear condoms. If this law is not fulfilled, the producers and distributors of such content can be processed by any citizen of California.
Who does not see this bill with pleasure are the producers and distributors themselves, in particular, porn movies sites that are already asking their users of Californians to vote No to this proposal.
Sites like Vivid, Evil Angel and Kink were some who began to show negative appeal to voting messages offered to users with California IP, otherwise, if the draft law is approved, the sites promise to block access to users of this state, as protection against possible lawsuits.
This proposal is known as Proposal 60 as we told earlier, Condoms in Pornographic Films Initiative and has the support of entities related to health, easily understood. However, the industry warns that this law is likely to further degrade the working conditions of sex actors due to restrictions and own legal actions it will come.
